Giovanni Barbaro

Have noticed over the last few months that the number of Barbaro paintings on the market have increased and they are consistently achieving good sales with no recorded "Unsolds". This is good news for the genre especially the still-life studies which until recently were said to be highly unfashionable. The glorious colours and sumptuous opulence of the ripe fruit have once again started to appeal to the 21st Century art lovers after three decades of neglect. The prospects for this sector are good. If anyone has purchased a Barbaro or Dudley recently please add your comments.
