Jackson in vibrant colour plates with facing page descriptions in many cases making this a particularly attractive edition. The pages are generally clean and undamaged but with foxing in places and some usage marks. The binding is tight with the exception of p120 and facing colour plate "I dined like a king, attended by my servants" which has strain on the binding revealing cotton (max 2mm). The end advertising pages have moderate foxing and some small nibbles on bottom edge and final page facing back e/p is partly detached from top edge down 115mm but in situ. Edges dusted and with foxing spots. Otherwise a very attractive volume. Fully intact.
