Childhood, open-edition lithograph from original painting by Anna Katrina Zinkeisen, incorporating AZ signature.

Printed in England by Prints for Pleasure #5358, c1965.

Framed in the original heavy wooden frame with textured border. Signed in the top rh corner AZ.

The lithograph is in quite good condition but with some small spots of emulsion paint splashes in places and a few light surface scratches and losses; the largest loss is on the child's rh wrist which appears to be surface abrasion. This actually looks like a light reflection highlight when viewed and so does not detract from the image. There is some surface bowing to the paper base hence the light reflections in some of the images above.

Heavy card backing board secured by staples. Label attached to lower centre edge "Childhood by Anna Zinkeisen British Artist 5358 Prints for Pleasure. Printed in England".

An interesting vintage 1960's popular print having acquired an additional aged aura.

Please view the images above. Note that the variations in colour above are caused by the glossy nature of the litho and undulations in the base paper and my attempts to avoid the effects. Contact for any enquiries or more images. Thanks.

Shipping : This is a heavy framed print. If unframed is requested will advise on suitability after inspecting the backing etc. Thanks.
